For any concerns outside of the covenants guidelines, we encourage all residents to speak to the City of Jacksonville, 904-630-CITY or https://www.jacksonville.gov/ or other appropriate city agencies.
Reach out to us via email and we can connect you with the appropriate committee for events such as Independence Day Parade, Oktoberfest, Luminary, etc.
Per the Covenants, any exterior modifications to homes must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Committee. Please allow sufficient time to submit all documentation to the PSHA Board via email. Forms and directions are found in the Residents only Information or can be provided via email request.
