Residents Information

In accordance with Florida State Statutes, PSHA is required to share budgets, bylaws, and insurance policies with all residents in a secure portal. 


This information is updated periodically within the Residents Only Section.

FAQs

Per the Covenants, any exterior modifications to homes must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Committee. Please allow sufficient time to submit all documentation to the PSHA Board via email.

Please allow two business days for a reply.

For any concerns outside of the covenants guidelines, we encourage all residents to speak to the City of Jacksonville, 904-630-CITY or https://www.jacksonville.gov/ or other appropriate city agencies.

Reach out to us via email and we can connect you with the appropriate committee for events such as Independence Day Parade, Oktoberfest, Luminary, etc. 

 Meeting minutes and financial reports are available on our website in the Residents Information section, ensuring that all residents stay informed about our activities and finances.For privacy, this will be a password protected portion of the website for current residents only. Architectural Changes

For any exterior changes, improvements or modifications please complete the following form and submit via email to PSHA (PlantationSouthHOA@gmail.com, Subject
ACC Request")

Please include any relevant information including a copy of your site plan indicating the location of property improvements, manufacturer’s material(s), style and color of the product(s) and any other relevant information. Additional information can be requested from the Architectural Committee prior to approval.
